We deliver Fragrancelabph orders throughout the Philippines through our logistics partners. Please review the delivery terms below before placing your order.
Shipping fees
Shipping for one bottle is ₱80. Orders containing two or more bottles receive free shipping while the promotion is active. The final shipping charge and order total are shown in your cart before checkout.
Estimated delivery time
- Metro Manila: 3–5 business days
- Luzon: 3–7 business days
- Visayas: 4–8 business days
- Mindanao: 6–10 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Holidays, severe weather, high order volume, remote locations, and courier disruptions may cause delays.
Delivery information
Please provide a complete and accurate address, landmark when helpful, and an active mobile number. Fragrancelabph is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Cash on Delivery
Orders are payable through Cash on Delivery unless another method is confirmed with you. Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel. Repeated refusal or failed delivery may affect future COD orders.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly after receiving your parcel and include your order number, clear photos of the parcel and item, and an unboxing video if available. We will review the report and arrange the appropriate resolution for verified issues.
Changes and cancellations
Request an order change or cancellation as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.
